Governance structure: Sumitomo Chemical to adopt an Audit & Supervisory Committee Structure [March ’25]

On 3 March 2025, Sumitomo Chemical Co., Ltd. announced its decision to transition from a Corporate Auditor Structure to an Audit & Supervisory Committee Structure.
