TSE rules: New regulations on MBOs [Feb ’25]

Tokyo Stock Exchange is reportedly proposing new rules regarding Management Buyouts (MBOs) aimed at protecting the interests of public shareholders. This proposal is currently under discussion within a working group and will be made available for public comment once it is finalized.
