TSE rules: New regulations on MBOs [Feb ’25]

Tokyo Stock Exchange is developing new regulations concerning Management Buyouts (MBOs) aimed at protecting the interests of public shareholders. A proposal is currently under discussion within a working group and will be made available for public comment once finalized.
